Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmations Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is due immediately to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the total cost is due no later than three days prior to the scheduled booking date. Failure to make the final payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation. 25% of your deposit is non refundable for Tradition Luxury Picnic and THE Lux Chic Picnic. 50% non refundable for Traditional Picnic. Cancellation If you cancel your reservation and would like to reschedule within three days prior to the booking date, we can accommodate. In the event that we need to cancel your reservation due to weather, we will provide a full refund. Changes in Booking Any changes to your booking, including date, time, or duration, must be requested at least three days prior to the original booking date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
